Directions to the terminal

600 Long Wharf Drive
I-95 South
Exit 46 - At the bottom of the ramp, take a right. At the first traffic light, take another right.
Go under the highway overpass. At the next light, take a left onto Long Wharf Drive.
I-95 North
Exit 46 - At the bottom of the ramp, take a left onto Long Wharf Drive . Go through one traffic light and the Sports Haven Complex will be on your left hand side.

Directions to Phelps Gate

I-95 North
Merge onto CT-34 via left Exit 47 towards Downtown New Haven. Get off 1st exit for Downtown New Haven. Take a right at the 2nd traffic light onto Church Street. At the 3rd traffic light take a left onto Chapel Street. At the next light take a right onto College Street. Phelps Gate is on the left.
I-95 South
Merge onto CT-34 West via Exit 47 toward Downtown New Haven. Take a right at the 2nd traffic light onto Church Street. At the 3rd traffic light take a left onto Chapel Street. At the next light take a right onto College Street. Phelps Gate is on the left.

Pick up and drop off is at the terminal at 600 Long Wharf Drive, approximately 10 minute, $12 cab ride from campus. Taxis meet each incoming bus. (Metro Taxi 203-777-7777, Yellow Cab 203-777-5555)

Upon arrival at Bradley Airport, use the red courtesy phone in Baggage Claim to contact Ct. Limo.

Upon arrival at JFK or LaGuardia, please visit the "Ground Transportation Information" booth located in Baggage Claim.

PLEASE NOTE: Faculty, staff and affiliates of Yale University qualify for the Yale College Council (YCC) travel discount. Under the YCC discount, one-way tickets from New Haven to Bradley Airport, normally $42, cost $25. Round trip tickets from JFK and LaGuardia, normally $126, cost $85. At peak university travel times, non-stop service is now provided from Bradley Airport to Phelps Gate. Yale affiliates must show their university ID on their day of travel if they have signed up for the reduced rate.

Please note that these special rates are valid only to/from Phelps Gate to LaGuardia and JFK: and to/from Phelps Gate, Yale Medical School and Yale Science Hill to Bradley.

Promotional Fares

Companion Fares:
Purchase one ticket at the full fare to and from the same airport and up to three additional members of your party may travel at a 50% discount. If any member is unable to travel with your party to or from the airport, that member will need to purchase an additional one-way ticket to travel with Connecticut Limousine. Children up to the age of 14 travel free with round trip companion fare. Limit of two children per reservation. Companion Fare cannot be combined with other discounted fares, including senior, airline crewmember, and travel agent discounts. Senior Fare:
Passengers 65 years of age and older are eligible to receive senior discount when traveling round trip to and from the same airport. ID may be required. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at1-800-472-LIMO (5466) for full explanation of restrictions.

Children:
Children up to the age of 14 travel free with a round trip reservation to and from the same airport. Limit of 2 children per reservation. Be sure when booking for this discounted fare to include number of children traveling to ensure that a seat will be available for them. This discount does not apply for one-way travel. All promotional fares based on round trip travel to/from the same pickup/drop off location to/from the same airport. Not available from driver or from trips beginning at the airport unless prepaid. Discounts available on line, excluding Travel Agent and Airline Crew Member Discounts. All sales final. Tickets are non-refundable.
