| Food |
We will be providing dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, but other meals you're on your own.
* Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any special dietary needs that we should be aware of (allergies, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, etc).*
We will also be asking for a small reunion attendance suggested donation which will go toward supplying these meals. The suggested amount for this donation is $40. |
| Hotels |
Many of you have inquired about where to stay. so we did a little research and have a few options for you.
In a nut shell: We have reserved blocks of 15 rooms at two different nearby hotel options (see Hotel Details at right). You have about a month to call and reserve one of these rooms for yourself. The Study is within walking distance, but a little more expensive, the Clarion Hotel & Suites is a short drive but significantly cheaper.
Of course, you needn't reserve at either of these hotels, so we've also included a few other suggestions (but we have not blocked off any rooms at these other hotels). Please see Hotel Details at right.
Also, if you find that you call and the 15 rooms have already been filled, please let us know and we can try to block off more (or you can just ask them if they can add another for you). |
|
RSVP |
Please RSVP if you have not already, this will help us anticipate how many we should be prepared to feed. Both dinner activities will be open to families, especially the Saturday night party, so please also let us know how many will be attending with you.
The Saturday night party will also be open to the New Haven community (who will be charged admission, as well), so feel free to invite friends in the area! |
| Contacting other Alumnae |
Both the Yahoo e-mail group (SlavAlumnae) and the Facebook Group (Slav Alumnae) are great ways to get in touch with other Slavs old and new about anything from sharing hotel rooms to carpooling, to finding small group partners, etc. |
