Conference Fees

Fees for YMUN XXXV are as follows:

Delegation/School Fee	$88.50 per school (flat rate)
Delegate Fee	$73.00 per Delegate
Advisor Fee	$36.50 per advisor
International Reception Fee	$16.50 per reception attendee (optional)

Payment Deadlines

Below is a summary of deadlines for conference registration. Please keep in mind that all payments and forms should be received by (not postmarked) the stated dates.

October 17th, 2008	All registeration forms, and $312.50 non-refudnable deposit which will reserve you a spot and guarantee a delegation.
November 21st 2008*	Remaining balance on advisor, delegate and school fees (minus initial $312.50 deposit already paid). If fees are not received by this deadline, your school may lose its spot at the conference.
December 5th 2008;	Hotel information due to YMUN Secretariat
December 22rd 2008	Hotel fees due to hotels as requested. You must contact hotels individually. Please see the "Accomodations" section of the website.

Online Registration

The YMUN Secretariat strongly prefers electronic registration over the paper-based one, and we encourage you to complete your registration forms online. While it is possible to register for the conference by printing, filling out and mailing the registration forms, keep in mind that forms must be received by (and not postmarked by) the stated dates. Whichever form of registration you choose, we ask that you please remember to retain a copy for your records.

Assigning Delegations

It is YMUN policy to assign one country to each school that has registered by the October 17th 2008 form and deposit fee deadline. Once every school has been accommodated in this manner, we will distribute additional countries to schools as requested until all spots are full. In most cases, we can assign a country from your choices. Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements assuming a certain number of delegates. We cannot guarantee a certain number of delegates until after registration is closed and we have assigned countries by the end of October. While we will try to accommodate everyone, space is limited, and YMUN will not be responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements made for delegates whom we cannot accommodate.
