 Dr. Clemens Heni
Post Doctorate Researcher, YIISA Dr. Clemens Heni, PhD in political science in 2006. He studied history, philosophy, cultural studies and political science in Tübingen, Bremen, FU Berlin, and Innsbruck. He published two books (2007 and 2009), including chapters on antisemitism and the Holocaust, nature conservation and antisemitism in Germany, carneval and antisemitism, Catholicism and antisemitism, secondary antisemitism; he contributed to international conferences on antisemitism as a speaker (since 2002), and wrote several scholarly articles as well as Op-Eds on the topic of antisemitism for the Jerusalem Post, Jewish Political Studies Review, zionismontheweb.org, Tribüne, blätter für deutsche und international Politik, Konkret, Tagesspiegel, Weltonlinedebatte, achgut.com and others. In January 2009 he spoke at the Congregation Beth Israel in Hartford on the history of antisemitism.
