Billing staff are available to assist members with premium payments, billing inquiries and coordination of benefits (other insurance).

Premium payments

If you would like to pay a bill for:

• COBRA coverage
• Billed Associates program
• Agencies
• Postdoctoral Fellows
• Members in the 19-25 Student/Dependent plan

Payments are accepted on a walk-in basis by cash, check or credit card (we do not accept American Express) and by mail. Send payments to:

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident or are involved in a third-party liability case, please contact our staff at 203-432-0245.
