Members with special needs
We offer a variety of services for our patients and members who have special needs. We provide translation/interpreter services for limited English speaking patients. Sign language interpreting services are available to patients who are hearing impaired. Translation/interpreter services
CyraCom International, a HIPAA-compliant (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) organization, provides telephonic interpretation services and is available in all the clinical areas throughout the health plan. You may request the service when scheduling an appointment or when you arrive for a scheduled appointment; our staff may also recommend the service for you.
Sign language interpreting services
The State of Connecticut provides Sign Language Interpreting Services by appointment only. When scheduling an appointment, please let the staff know that you would like to have a sign language interpreter present at your scheduled appointment.
