Homeless Youth Initiative
Homeless Youth Initiative focuses its efforts on the unique problems faced by homeless youth in the city of New Haven and elsewhere. Working closely with already-established New Haven nonprofits, volunteers get involved in a variety of ways which may include interacting directly with homeless youth as tutors or mentors, organizing campaigns to discourage child runaways, and raising funds and awareness.
