  1. Club Membership Application
    Use this form at any time during the year to join the YFSC and/or USFSA.

  2. Emergency Information
    This information will be kept in the rink.
    Required for skaters.

  3. Session Subscription Forms
    (Required to sign up for a session.)
    Fall term: Sept. 19 to Nov. 8.
    Winter term: Nov. 14 to Jan. 30.
    Spring term starts Jan. 31.

  4. Test Application Forms
    No test session has been scheduled yet.
