We are a community of students from all backgrounds, learning what it means to follow Jesus at Yale. We seek to grow in knowledge and love of Jesus Christ, and to love and serve the people around us.
Our vision is for Yale Christian Fellowship to be a witnessing community of hope in Jesus Christ.
We are associated with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, USA, an interdenominational campus ministry active on over 550 college and university campuses nationwide. In response to God's love, grace and truth, the purpose of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is to establish and advance at colleges and universities witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus as Savior and Lord: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture and God's purposes in the world.

1) YCF Summer Email List
If you're going to be in New Haven this summer, definitely let Juliet know. Last summer, YCFers got together for potlucks, rockband, bible studies, worship nights, and other great times. This year it'll be even better, so make sure you're connected! All are welcome-- even if you're not part of any fellowship or are just visiting for the Summer!
2) URBANA 09!
Every 3 years intervarsity students from all over the world congregate for a giant conference at the end of December on service, justice, and world issues. You DON'T want to miss it. To learn more, and to sign up early (which is cheaper), go to the Urbana 09 Website .
3) YCF Tshirts are in!

4)Call for Pictures
If you have some great pictures of YCFers, it's a YCF summer project to finally add some more recent pictures to this website. Just email Juliet with the pictures or facebook links.
5) Summit Pre-term Retreat
All YCF leaders and any other members of YCF looking to join in fellowship, worship, prayer, and planning for the upcoming year should sign up for summit. Contact greg for more information: gregory.hendrickson (at Yale).

Coming up next year...
Spring Break Habitat For Humanity Trip
Every Spring Break we join with other InterVarsity fellowships in Connecticut to take a trip down to Florida, Mississippi and recently New Orleans. Many people outside our fellowships who are interested in service also come on this trip. We spend a week building houses with Habitat for Humanity and discussing the intersection of faith and service.
Dominican Republic Mission Trip
Every year, members of InterVarsity fellowships take a two week trip the Dominican Republic in May. Students take part different activities according to their interests.
