New Haven is located at the interchange between I-95 and I-91.

From all directions to The Study:
  • You will be on an exit expressway. Take Exit 1 (the first exit) off the expressway which merges into North Frontage Road.
  • Turn right onto York St.
  • Continue up York St for three blocks and turn left onto Chapel St. The Study will be on your right.

From all directions to Yale Law School:

  • You will be on an exit expressway. Take Exit 1 (the first exit) off the expressway which merges into North Frontage Road.
  • Turn right onto York St.
  • Continue up York St and turn right onto Wall St. The Yale Law School building will be on your left.

From I-91 South

  • Leave I-91 South at Exit 1 (Downtown New Haven).
  • Then follow the directions at right.

From I-95 North

  • Leave I-95 North at Exit 47 (Downtown New Haven). This is a LEFT side exit.
  • Then follow the directions at right.

From I-95 South

  • Leave I-95 South at the Downtown New Haven/Route 34 Exit, just after the bridge. This is the center one of three exits.
  • Then follow the directions at right.

From New York City

  • Take I-95 North to Exit 47 (downtown New Haven).
  • Then follow the directions at right.

From Boston

  • Take I 90W 55 miles (portions toll) to exit 9.
  • Merge onto I 84W toward Hartford/NYC.
  • Follow I 84W for 41 miles to exit 57 for CT-15 South/Wilbur Cross Hwy.
  • Follow CT-15 South for approx. 2 miles and take exit 86 for I 91 South toward New Haven/NYC.
  • Leave I-91 South at Exit 1 (Downtown New Haven) or Exit 3 (Trumbull Street).
  • Then follow the directions at right.

There is on-street metered parking available in many areas surrounding the Law School. A paid outdoor parking lot is available on Broadway (across from the Yale Bookstore).

The Chapel-York Garage, 150 York Street (between Crown and Chapel Streets), is a paid indoor parking lot.
