The theme for this fall's Yale-New Haven Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Symposium and Career Fair is Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals: An In-Depth Look At The Current State And Future Potential. For the symposium, local and global leaders have been selected to speak about pressing issues such as the near- and long-term outlook for clinical research in the face of recent drugs recalls, the reality of the complex relationship between academia and industry, and the challenges faced by executives trying to build a lasting biotechnology company. For the career fair, local and global exhibitors have registered to make themselves available to the over 175 expected attendees to discuss science-related employment opportunities.

The New Haven Lawn Club has a parking lot, and there is street parking available within the neighborhood surrounding the venue. Please be advised, however, that as this is a well-attended event, parking may become limited during the day so please plan accordingly.
