Tips 'N Tricks:
    Mounting Your Group SAN Server Folder

  1. First, login at a workstation in either the Phelps Electronic Classroom or the YalMusT Lab.
  2. Second, in the Finder select the "Go" menu and pull it down to "Connect to Server."
  3. Third, paste in or type in the following server address, substituting your own netID:
    smb://unison.yu.yale.edu/Group_X
    where X is your assigned group number
  4. Fourth, click "Connect."
  5. Fifth, in the authentication window provide your Yale netID in the name field and your Yale password in the password field.
  6. Sixth, click "Okay." Your SAN server folder should then appear on your desktop.
