Tips 'N Tricks:
Mounting the CONTENT Server

When you log-in at a Phelps or YalMusT Lab workstation, the CONTENT server should mount automatically on your desktop.  If it doesn't, follow the steps below.

1. In the Finder select the "Go" menu and select "Connect to Server."
2. Paste in or type in the following server address:
   smb://unison.yu.yale.edu/content
3. Click "Connect."
4. In the authentication window provide your Yale netID in the name field and your Yale password in the password field.
5. Click "Okay." Your CONTENT server should then appear on your desktop.

You may also follow these steps to mount the CONTENT server in another Yale computer cluster on campus, or from your workstation in your Yale college room.
