Our Showcase: Audio and Video
Our Showcase: Audio and Video features the creative work and musical performances by our students and faculty. Currently we include: chamber music performances by instrumentalists in Professor Wendy Sharp's Music 221; original audio and video technology pieces by students in Professors Alexander and Klingbeil's Music 295/390 courses; new instrumental works by Yale College composers presented by Yale College New Music; excerpts from a performance of Handel's Giulio Cesare in Egitto produced by the Yale College Opera Company; selections from The Mellon Chansonnier which were performed by the Yale Collegium Musicum, Professor Robert Mealy, director; and soprano Kimberly DeQuattro, '03, featured performing Samuel Barber's Knoxville, Summer of 1915 with the Yale Symphony Orchestra, Steven Hyde, guest conductor.
