Yale
Conference & Event Services provides administrative and
support services designed to assist members of the Yale Community
in the development, promotion and delivery of quality meetings, seminars and events. In doing so, our office will coordinate the
use of all Yale facilities and services as well as those of
the larger New Haven Community including hotels and transportation
services. We can provide full meeting planning support, or offer
advice and recommendations to those planning
their own conferences and events.
The
following pages will introduce you to our services and detail
many of the facility venues used for conferences and events here at Yale.
