Peking University–Yale University Joint Undergraduate Program

The Peking University–Yale University Joint Undergraduate Program in Beijing is open to Yale College sophomores, juniors, and, in some cases, first-term seniors, and to students in the Peking University Yuanpei Honors College. Yale students from all majors who are in good academic standing may apply for a fall term, a spring term, or an academic year. The program carries full Yale course credit and counts as a term of enrollment. No prior Chinese language knowledge is required for Yale participants, although each student must take an appropriate level language course while enrolled in the program. All other courses are taught in English by Yale and Peking University faculty members. Further information about the program, the courses offered, and the application process can be found on the program's Web site or in the Center for International Experience, 55 Whitney Avenue, third floor.
