Teaching and Course Evaluation
In order to assist instructors in improving their courses and their teaching as well as to improve education in Yale College in general, the Yale College Faculty, on recommendation of the Committee on Teaching and Learning, expects students to participate in a college-wide system of course evaluation for all courses in which they enroll. Students must complete, or actively decline to complete, online evaluations for their courses in order to have early access to online reports of term grades from the Registrar's Office. An instructor whose questions about the Online Course Evaluation system are not addressed by the Frequently Asked Questions Web pages should contact Jill Carlton, FAS Registrar, at 432-4461.
