When No Examination Time Is Assigned

For various reasons a course may not have been assigned a final examination date. That is indicated by the examination group number 0 or 50 in the course data line in chapter IV of the YCPS. The instructor of such a course may secure an examination time and room by sending an e-mail to Diane Rodrigues to arrange an examination time and place. If the instructor of a course with the examination group number 0 or 50 decides to offer a final examination, it must be administered at the time defined by the meeting time of the course.
