About These FellowshipsOFP Research Fellowships for Juniors (Bates, et al.) are open to Yale College students in the class of 2011 (or students for whom 2010 is their final summer) who give evidence that their educational experience would be significantly enhanced by a project of independent study and/or research outside of the United States.

Eligibility and Restrictions
It is prohibited to submit more than one application to the OFP Research Fellowships for Juniors (Bates, et al.).
The proposed project must be a full-time commitment and be the primary activity for the duration of the fellowship.
Yale University policy requires that certain types of research projects involving human subjects be reviewed by an institutional review board (IRB) prior to the start of the study to ensure that the project meets University requirements and any applicable regulations. All interested applicants must review the Yale University International Travel Policy. Projects in specific countries within approved regions may not be eligible for funding based on current MedEx threat ratings, State Department warnings, and the Yale University International Travel Policy.
