Role: Alan Baubonis advises students through the application process and pre-departure preparations for the Light Fellowship. He also keeps current and returned fellows engaged with one another through online media and Student Advisory Committee activities.
Robert Clough

Role: Robert Clough oversees the Light Fellowship's overall development in concert both with the on-campus Executive Committee and with the Light Foundation Trustees based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Robert also serves as a student advisor for several year-long fellowship programs at Yale, including the Howland, Cohen, Clapp, Grand and Huang Fellowships.

Role: Kate Dailinger specializes in advising students interested in applying for national fellowships such as the Goldwater and Truman. Having studied in England, she also advises students and recent alumni on fellowships for postgraduate degrees in the UK and Ireland, like the Churchill, Marshall, Mitchell, and Rhodes (for which she is Yale University’s official contact).

Role: Kelly McLaughlin oversees Fellowship Programs, and is the Fulbright Program Adviser for Yale College. Kelly also serves as Deputy Director of the Center for International and Professional Experience and as Director of Outcomes Assessment.

Role: April Ruiz oversees Yale College Fellowships. As an undergraduate at Yale she won a number of fellowships herself (including international ones), and now enjoys advising freshmen, sophomores and juniors on summer fellowship opportunities.
