Use of Facilities

An undergraduate organization must first be registered with the Yale College Dean's Office in order to reserve facilities. University facilities must be reserved through the Office of the Registrar. A group or event representative must first meet with the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs (432-2908) to discuss event planning and approval.
