Science and QR Course Development and Improvement

Yale College is eager to invigorate science and QR education through new course development and through improvement of existing courses. Proposals for support for new course development and for course improvement may be reviewed at any time.

Resources potentially available to faculty and departments include:

• Direct assistance from the staff of the Office of Science and QR Teaching

• Funds for purchase of equipment

• Funds to support appointment of Course-Based Peer Tutors

• Funds for hiring of appropriately skilled individuals to assist in course development

Proposals for new course development and course improvement may be sent to the Office of Science and QR Teaching, c/o William Segraves, Associate Dean for Science Education, or to the appropriate Faculty Council (QR Council, Science Council).
