for the Tercentennial Weekend ::

Ticket
Pickup: For Yale Bowl and Former President Clinton

Tickets for Yale Bowl
All tickets that were ordered on-line by last Friday
were sent by U.S. mail. Limited tickets still available
(maximum 2 per person) at the Tercentennial Office,
2 Whitney Avenue, ground floor at the following times:.
Wednesday
and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ticket
absolutely required for entrance. Please bring ID when
picking up tickets at the Tercentennial Office.

Tickets
for Former President Clinton's Address
. If you received the e-mail saying you registered
in time to get a ticket for former President Clinton,
please pick it up on the second floor of the Woolsey
Hall Rotunda on:
Wednesday
and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, 10:00 a.m. to Noon
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to Noon
Only
those who have a ticket can be admitted to former President
Clinton's address. Please bring ID when picking up your
ticket. Those who registered too late to get a ticket
can watch it live on Comcast Channel 8 or at any area
on campus with Yale cable.

October 5 |
For
the Academic Convocation on Cross Campus |
| 1:00
p.m. |
If
you plan to attend the Convocation, Cross Campus
will be open beginning at 12:15 p.m. Enter from
College Street. |

If
it is raining, the ceremony will be held in Woolsey
Hall and unfortunately only those with tickets can
be accommodated. It will be broadcast on Yale Cable.

in case of inclement weather. |
Yale
300 at the Bowl: Friday - Shuttles Start at 3:30
P.M.!
As
parking will be extremely limited at the Bowl,
we encourage you to park in your usual spot on
campus and take the free shuttles from campus
to the Bowl.

campus beginning at 9:00 p.m. immediately after

Take
in over 60 exhibits, performances and activities.
There is even a faculty band and lots of student
performing groups and exhibits from many departments
and schools.. |

YOU
NEED TO BE IN YOUR SEAT BY 7:00 P.M.

- Don't
forget your ticket for the Bowl! No
one will be admitted without a ticket.
- Food,
from a full meal to ice cream and desserts,
is available for sale throughout the Festival
as are Tercentennial souvenirs.
- You
may also wish to picnic with your friends and
colleagues. Please bring food in disposable
containers, no coolers or large tote bags will
be allowed in the Bowl (due to security precautions).
- Dress
warmly!
- After
the Show, shuttle buses depart from the same
area you arrived for a full 45 minutes.

October 6 |
Former
President Clinton's Address |
| Noon |
There
will be no access to Cross Campus to prepare for
former President Clinton. The library remains open
and can be entered from the Wall Street entrance.

p.m. |
Cross
Campus opens for those with tickets to former
President Clinton's address. |
| 3:00-4:00
p.m. |
Former
President Clinton's address. Cross Campus (rain
or shine). Those without tickets can watch at any
location with Yale cable (e.g. college TV rooms),
on Comcast Cable Channel 8 or in the Law School
Auditorium. The event will also be taped for future
broadcast. |
