Assembly and Procession Information

Faculty will assemble on the Old Campus near the High Street Gate and will process from there to the Cross Campus. Assembly time is 1:00 PM. You should plan to wear your academic regalia, including caps. If you rented regalia, you can pick it up after October 1st from your school or, for FAS faculty, from the Graduate School. If you need regalia and did not rent it directly from E.R. Moore, we have a limited number of extra robes available for rent through the Secretary's Office. On the day of the convocation, you may robe in the Dwight Hall Common Room and leave your jacket or other possessions there.

In the event of rain, the Convocation will still take place at the same time, but will be moved indoors to Woolsey Hall. If it is raining, all faculty should assemble in the Beinecke Library to robe and process over to Woolsey.
