Tuesday, August 12, 2008 YAAA successfully hosted “Finance 911 for You and Your Family” Presented by Emmy award winning journalist and former CNN Business Anchor, Valerie Coleman Morris. The focus of the session was self-reliance regarding personal money and provided a freedom of opportunity component. The interest in the topic necessitated the creation of a “waitlist” which grew to triple the size of the initial guest list so we released the registration cap and were fortunate enough to be able to secure a room large enough to accommodate close to 200 people!
