Doumit is a Founder and Managing Partner of BRD/I Group, a social business working to “attain innovative, inclusive and participatory governance systems across the Arab World.” He leads public sector policy and reform projects with an expertise in electoral systems, education policies, decentralization and local economic development, prisons management, youth policies, social entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Kuwait, and Bahrain. He also works to support outstanding individuals and groups in the Arab world who wish to enter and influence the public sphere, by offering platform design, campaign management, and image shaping services. Doumit is a Senior Partner and Founder of Beyond Consulting & Training, a leading management and training firm specialized in organizational development serving multinational companies across the Arab region, Europe and North America.
