About Working at YaleWorking at Yale promotes the work efforts, initiatives and accomplishments of individual staff members, departments and other groups, which contribute to the achievement of the University's mission. It connects its readers to work going on at Yale, to fellow staff members in the Yale community and to information that will guide them as employees. Monthly, Working at Yale now has a new home on the back page of the YB&C. In addition to producing this monthly YB&C presence, we will be growing our online capabilities at www.yale.edu/working as we pare back our paper distribution to help the University meet sustainability and budgetary goals. Improving internal communications is the aim of the new collaboration so let us know what you think by email. Submission GuidelinesWorking at Yale welcomes submissions, which may include stories, news items, announcements or photos. Submissions are considered based on factors including content and available space. Working at Yale uses a modified Associated Press style. Contributors are asked to submit articles using the inverted pyramid style of writing whenever possible. The editors reserve the right to edit submissions for length, content, or style.
