what CD you would like (see what's available below), your
mailing address, etc. As soon as we receive your check, your
CD will be promptly mailed out. Pricing is as follows:
Within the United States: $20 + $3.50 shipping per CD
Outside of the United States: $20 + $7.50 shipping per CD
