Welcome to Yale Web Publishing Services
Services overview
Yale offers a number of options to manage your web content. Users from the professionals schools or Yale College should check first with their local school, as some run their own web publishing systems.
SimpleSite
SimpleSite is our "fast start" web content management service, suitable for small project sites, lab sites, simple blogs, or small faculty research sites. If your needs grow you can always add more sophisticated features to your site, drawing from the larger YaleSite Service at Yale.
YaleSite Service
You can manage your own YaleSite site for your department or organization. Although YaleSite is a very capable content management system, you don't need deep technical knowledge to get started with building your site. “Hosted” means that we manage the installation, information security, and ongoing maintenance of the YaleSite system. You get a site that is up and running with many of the common templates and functionally already set up for you.
Web accounts
If you choose to develop your own web site code, Yale offers free accounts on a high-performance central web server, suitable for "static" web sites that do not require PHP, MySQL, or other dynamic code support.
Eligibility
Anyone in the Yale community is eligible for access to web hosting, within the published guidelines.

Cost
