The Vietnamese Students Association at Yale

Celebrating 26 years

Welcome to ViSA!

Xin kính chào!

Twenty-six years ago, the Vietnamese Student Association (ViSA) began with only a few members. What was once a small band of friends has now grown into a large, yet cozy family of 40+ members. At the core of our group is a dedicated board of 10 members, working to give our members fun events and a warm, communal atmosphere.

Each year, ViSA hosts several marquee events. Phở Night, our biggest event, brings in more than 400 people each year. Our annual cultural show showcases both the cultural aspects of Vietnam and the individual talents of our members, and our cultural dinner features the best of Vietnamese cuisine, as well as the history behind each dish. In addition to our food events, we also host Master's Teas, inviting influential members of the Vietnamese-American community.

If you're looking for a great group of friends, join us at one of our Wednesday dinners in the Saybrook Fellows' Lounge at 5:30 PM, or if you're looking for a fun time, come to one of our many events. So, from the both of us, and each of our members, we invite you to join our family, to laugh a little, live a little, and most importantly have some fun. You won't be disappointed.

Your presidents
Andy Vo & Davis Nguyen
