PARTNERSHIPS
Elizabeth Saxton was a Community Forester with URI during the Summer of 1996. She describes the job as "the hardest job you'll ever love." After her internship at URI, Elizabeth taught both classroom and field Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Education in Rye, New York from 1998 through 2000. From 2000 through 2002, she taught Biology and Chemistry at Norwalk Community College in Bridgeport, CT. Since 2003, she has been teaching Biology and Chemistry at Bermuda College. During the summers, she assists with the Bermuda Amphibian Project, which is funded through the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.
