Jeannie Triol McLain
was an intern with URI in the summer of 1996. She worked in New
Haven as a community forester. After graduating from Yale, she
began a PhD in Microbial Ecology at Duke, which she completed
in 2002. Currently, Jeannie works for the U.S. Department of
Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service in Tucson, Arizona.
She examines the contribution of microbial populations to production
and consumption of greenhouse gases in semi-arid soils. |
