Lawrence Lipsher is a
long-term New Haven resident and a Yale alumnus. Professionally,
he is a business executive and a management consultant and advisor
to small and growing businesses. He joined the URI board because
he sees the organization as offering "a unique way to bring
together 'town' and 'gown' for real and sustainable benefits,
while impacting the quality of the local environment." In
addition to being a URI board member, Larry has also participated
as a member of the board of the Farmington Canal Rails-to-Trails
Association, which "in its own way has impacted the environment
and quality of life for those communities that have embraced
the trail." |
