I. Current Event – Nikki
a. Flooding in Tabasco, Mexico has put 70% of schools out of commission
II. Public Health Coalition liaison – Amy Larsen
a. PHC can help collaborations with other groups
b. AIDSWatch wants to work with UNICEF
c. Currently working on funding, but also mainly want to be network
III. Children’s Theater – Amy Larsen
a. Play – December 7,8,9
IV. Party for a Cause – Sarah
a. National organization started at Yale
b. Idea – team up with other groups to organize fundraisers
c. Currently talking to corporations for funding
d. Can work with UNICEF on children’s week fundraiser dance - Nikki
i. Sock hop, 90’s
ii. Possibly raise money for Amaan Imaan
V. Money matters/UOFC funding – Shejuti
a. $50 limit for food
b. UNICEF has money, some from SCCS (Student Campaign for Child Survival which started at Yale, but has now been taken up by UNICEF)
i. Kristjiana will figure out SCCS money
