Our services

Upon enrollment in Yale Health Plan (YHP) female patients will be designated with a clinician in OB/GYN. Your clinician will provide preventive care, treatment for routine conditions, monitor ongoing problems, and coordinate any specialty care you might need. The nurse coordinator along with support staff are readily available to assist in your care as well. To ensure continuity of care, the department uses a team approach. You will have access to the other clinicians on the team if your primary clinician is not available. If you would prefer to see a clinician other than the one desinated, you may request a change at any time by contacting Member Services (203-432-0246) or any of the OB/GYN receptionists.
