      MANDATORY HOUSING INFORMATION MEETINGS and OPEN HOUSE

            8:00 pm – Class of 2011 (rising sophomores)

            8:30 pm – Class of 2010 (rising juniors)

            9:00 pm – Class of 2009 (rising seniors)

      Reminder:  Intent forms for rising juniors and seniors will be given at this time.   

Friday, March 7, 2008 – TC Dean’s Office

            5:00 pm – INTENT FORMS for Classes of 2010 and 2009 due

Reminder:  Rising sophomores are required to live on-campus and they are exempt from submitting their intent forms. 

Monday, March 24 through Friday, March 28, 2008 – TC Dean’s Office

5:00 pm – HOUSING REGISTRATION FORMS for rising sophomores, juniors and seniors due

Reminder:  If a student fails to submit his/her housing registration form he/she will not be able to enter the room draw the following week and will not be guaranteed housing for the next academic year.  One registration form is required per one group!

      8:00 pm – NUMBER AND ROOM DRAW for rising sophomores (Class of 2011) 

            9:00 pm – NUMBER AND ROOM DRAW for rising seniors (Class 2009)

            Note:  All senior rooms will be drawn this night. 

Monday, March 31, 2008 – TC Dining Hall

  8:00 pm – NUMBER AND ROOM DRAW for rising juniors (Class of 2010)

            Note:  All junior rooms will be drawn this night.
