STOCKROOM PURCHASES
Do NOT mail a Stock Request which has already been faxed, as you may be billed twice. 98% of requests are processed and delivered in 1-3 work days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Deliveries cannot be scheduled by appointment. If your point of delivery is only open certain hours on certain days, make note of that on the body of the Request and we will do our best to deliver during those times/days indicated. Claims of shortage/damage/
wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
All Stock Requests require an authorizing signature and PTAEO. Stockrooms do not accept VIP numbers. Every day Requests are received with incomplete information. This only delays your order. Packing supplies only: Departments may pick up orders on any work day from 8:30-11:30 AM and 1:00-3:30 PM at the Central Stockroom, 344 Winchester Avenue.
