Hands-on GIS at Iracambi Research Center in the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil

Iracambi Research Center is pleased to offer 19-day hands-on GIS courses. Students will learn to

  • Understand the role of GIS in conservation/land use planning
  • Learn how to make maps using aerial photography
  • Learn how to collect and enter data using the GPS
