Orbitz for Business

The following links will provide you with more information about the Orbitz for Business Travel options.

What’s new? “Send to” email address, and format. Space to capture gender and date of birth.
What it’s used for? To provide international guests a means of communicating with Orbitz for Business that does not involve a long distance telephone call. An easy way for travelers to provide OFB with the information required to book their trip. OFB will then contact them with travel options.

What’s new? “Send to” email address & format.
What it’s used for? To inform Orbitz for Business(OFB) of travelers not employed by the university that may be contacting them to book travel using a Yale University Purchasing Card. To instruct OFB on how those reservations should be handled, including any rate caps, ground transportaion needs, etc.

What’s new? Everything!
What it’s used for? To request that Yale Travel Services register your travelers in a unique subset of Yale’s OFB tool so that they may book on line using a designated Purchasing card, subject to controls you determine. These may be Yale employees, students, or outside guests that you wish to administer stronger controls over when charging to your department P-Card.

What’s new? “Send to” email address and information about your travelers required by the TSA to make reservations. This information includes name as it appears on the government issued ID that will be presented at airport; gender: and date of birth.
What it’s used for? To request that Orbitz for Business get quotes from airlines for your group of ten and more traveling from Point A to Point B on the same plane, and returning together.
