Rental Policies
Rent-A-Ride, LLC is our preferred provider for mini-bus, SUV and van rentals. When making reservations please call the company directly.
Yale Approved Renters
To be a Yale approved renter group, you must represent a registered student group and must use the transportation for a Yale approved service and/or activity.
Drivers for rented vehicles must be 25 years of age OR be 21 years of age AND have completed the Yale Driver Safety Awareness Program. For more information on the Yale Driver Safety Awareness Program please contact Yale Risk Management at 203-432-6606.
