Vehicles operate along the I-95 corridor below the Merritt Parkway . Vans operate from as far east as New Haven all the way down to Greenwich and into the New York Airports.

Departing Connecticut
Prime Time/Connecticut Airport Shuttle offers pickups from most homes, hotels and office locations in New Haven. Vehicles operate along the I-95 corridor below the Merritt Parkway. Vans operate from as far east as New Haven all the way down to Greenwich and into the New York Airports.
Reservations
Service to the Airport is by reservation only. It is recommended that reservations be booked at least 48 hours in advance of the proposed travel in order to obtain the best available pickup time. Reservations can be booked online up to 24 hours prior to your pickup time, or up to the last minute (based on available space) by phoning the reservation center. Please allow enough time for your travel to the airport when booking. We recommend targeting your arrival at the airport to be 2 hours in advance of Domestic Flight Departure Times and 3 hours in advance of International Flight Departure times.
Cancellations
Reservations for pickup before 6:00am in the morning must be canceled by 9:00pm the night before in order to be entitled to a refund. All other reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time in order to receive a refund. Email cancellations are not accepted. Cancel your reservation by calling 1 (800) 377-8745 or (203) 891-1280.
Arriving at the Airport
Prime Time/Connecticut Airport Shuttle provides full service from the two airports most popular with Connecticut travelers: John F. Kennedy International (JFK) and La Guardia Airport.
