Our LAZFly Team Members would like to thank you for being such a loyal Customer and giving LAZFly the opportunity to service you. Throughout LAZFly’s most recent upgrades and changes you have been there with kind support and patience.
LAZFly is pleased to exclusively share with you our recently completed breakthrough facility modifications:
- LAZFly’s Premier Valet Lot, located on 24 Ella Grasso Turnpike, has undergone exciting renovations that transformed our lot into a one of a kind parking experience. The new pavilion, which is a state of the art protective welcome parking structure, gives our Premier Valet Customers a luxurious start to their travel.
- Our Premier Self-Parking Lot, located on 35 Ella Grasso Turnpike, features automated Self-Checkout lanes to provide our customers with the most advanced operational parking performance. This Self-Parking Lot is for our customers who would like to park themselves and have a LAZFly shuttle transport them to and from the airport.
Since LAZFly’s official rebrand in 2011, we have made monumental improvements to the Airport Parking industry as a whole. By starting the trend of ‘text for pick up’, buying a new fleet of luxury shuttle buses, enhancing the quality of our onsite professional car care services, and last, but not least, hiring a team of employee’s who love their job!

- Making sure your travel from our parking lots to and from BDL is worry free
- LAZFly’s new fleets of shuttles are prompt to pick you up for shuttle services
- Canopied arrival and departure in our valet lots - your car will be warmed up or cooled down, depending on the weather, and ready to go when you return.
How do I redeem my LAZFly Premier Parker Reward Points?
In order to redeem your Premier Parker reward points you may prepay online, reserving your stay with LAZFly. You will be prompted to sign in under your LAZFly Premier Parker ID Card and given the option to use your available points for payment or for any of our Car Care Services.
If more convenient for you and your schedule, you may also simply present your Premier Parker ID card to one of our LAZFly Team Members during check-out.
How do I gain Premier Parker Reward Points?
In order to gain Premier Parker Reward points you must present your Premier Parker ID card at check out (or arrival if you’re an Express Exit Platinum Member) to one of our LAZFly Team Members. You will gain one point per dollar that is spent each stay. This totals up and is added to your account balance. You will be able to see the Premier Parker point Conversion Chart on LAZFly.com
LAZFly Premier Parker Cards - Rewarding you for parking with LAZFly
LAZFly Airport Parking wants to give back to you loyal parkers and in doing this LAZFly adds reward points to your Premier Parker card each stay, which you can redeem and use towards future parking stays or any of our Car Care Services.
With your LAZFly Premier Parker card you will be able to manage your own personal account online. You will be able to view your profile, add and edit information, redeem points and track usage.
Express Exit - Don’t wait in line, just use your Express Exit Membership
With the Express Exit Membership you have exclusivity to get in your car and go. Simply step off our luxurious new shuttles and your car will be out front with the keys and receipt awaiting you. No need to go inside and pay. We also offer the ‘Go Green Option’ to have your receipts emailed to you in a PDF format.
Normally to have this option there is an annual fee of $15. However YALE employees are entitled to this option FREE of cost!
To become an Express Exit Member all you need to do is provide your credit card to sync up to your Premier Parker Card. The next time you park present your Premier Parker Card to your LAZFly Parking Attendant when you arrive and you are all set to go for the rest of your trip!
