Simple name corrections may be done by calling Customer Service and selecting Rapid Rewards (prompt #2). All other names changes must be requested in writing and submitted with legal documentation |
You can change your name by calling, emailing, faxing or mailing your current name and address on the account, information on recent or last activity and new name to be listed on the account to the Dividend Miles Service Center. In some cases, legal documentation may be required. |
