**Visa can be obtained upon arrival. CIBT strongly recommends that you obtain a visa before arrival. The decision to issue lies with the local immigration officials in the destination country. Most destinations require you to pay a fee and sometimes supply other requirements upon arrival. You are responsible for checking with the Consulate regarding the arrival requirements. Also check with your airline to make sure that they'll carry you without a visa. For Egypt, Ethiopia, Gambia, Jordan and Lebanon: Only tourism visas can be obtained upon arrival.
***A visa is available upon arrival only if the traveler is staying less than 14 days. Cost of the visa for single entry is USD 27/QR 100 per person per passport. The traveler must also take a business letter. CIBT recommends obtaining the visa prior to departure to avoid delays and complications.
****Visa required for business trips of a technical nature (training, working, etc). If going for simple business meetings, please confirm with your airline that they will carry you without a visa. |
