CIBT is pleased to be the preferred visa and passport supplier throughout the country and is the largest provider of visa and passport services in the United States. CIBT has branch offices throughout the country and provides centralized customer service through its website and through our National Customer Service Center. Regardless of where you reside in the U.S, CIBT will able to assist with your travel document needs through one of our 8 offices which are located in: Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Atlanta.
How Do I Contact CIBT to Obtain Visa and Passport Information
All CIBT customer service is handled out of our National Customer Service Center. This Center features an executive priority customer care department to make it easy for priority accounts to access our travel document experts. CIBT’s Executive Priority Helpdesk agents can answer your travel document inquiries so contact one of our specialists on the toll-free number or via our customer service email, both of which are available to our customers. The National Customer Service Center’s Executive Priority number is (800) 577-2428 and the customer service team can be reached via e-mail at. customerservice@cibt.com.

When you contact CIBT for visa and passport information and requirements, please have the following information available:
- Traveler’s nationality (i.e., country of citizenship and type of passport)
- If the traveler is not a U.S. citizen, please ask the traveler what type of U.S. visa or work permit he/she holds
- State of residence
- Destination (s) including any countries that will be transited
- Purpose of trip (business, tourism or other)
- Length of stay in country
If you would like to use CIBT’s website to download processing information you must use the direct URL portal link provided above or you may go to CIBT’s general web address at, www.cibt.com and enter log in code: 40634. Once at the home page go to the area marked, “Visas” or “Passports” and complete the request form. When you’ve entered all of the required details and click submit, you will be able to view specific information regarding your travel document inquiry. All instructionals will provide you with complete requirements, forms to be completed, expected processing time and fees associated to the request.
Can I Refer a Traveler to CIBT Directly?
Absolutely, CIBT can work directly with travelers and those who support them. If you do refer a traveler to CIBT directly, please provide them with the account number and CIBT’s toll free number (see above). You may also refer travelers directly to our website.
How Does a Traveler Pay for CIBT’s Services?
Please be aware that CIBT cannot quote fees over the phone but we do want to make sure you understand all fees to be expected. Fees for requests are included on processing instructionals which can be emailed to you by one of our representatives or can be downloaded directly from CIBT’s website. You should know that fees are dependent upon the following components: type of travel document request, speed of process, number of entries requested on a visa and visa validity. CIBT accepts the following forms of payment: credit card (Corporate or personal), check or money order. An itemized receipt will be sent along with the completed document request. |
