On Friday, November 18, 2011, Yale's campus will see the biggest party yet of the school year to celebrate the Game at home. World-renowned DJ and producer Switch is coming to Yale to prep the student bodies of Harvard and Yale for the Harvard-Yale football game. The event will be opened by the first ever Yale vs. Harvard student DJ battle, putting the top DJs from the respective schools head to head to determine who is the champion. If that's not enough already, we're bringing in some of the sickest lasers you can find – the same ones that were used at the Super Bowl. This event promises to be one of the best of the year, so get ready for a night you'll never forget.

The Game is one of the biggest events of the school year, and to properly celebrate the Yale College Council is bringing in one of the biggest DJs in the world: Switch. Switch, a U.K.-based DJ, producer and songwriter, is most well known for his work in Major Lazer. He is also behind some of the hottest tracks of the last few years, having worked on producing tracks with Beyonce, M.I.A., Santigold, and more. Come to Commons on Friday, November 18th to hear him perform live exclusively for the students of Yale and Harvard.

Night Kids are a Brooklyn-based DJ foursome renowned for their next level energy and otherworldly stage antics. They specialize in mixing dirty bass music from Dubstep to Electro. With high-profile remixes in 2011 of Skrillex, Excision, and Feed Me, and opening spots for B.O.B., Major Lazer (they've already opened for Switch!), Zeds Dead, and Lucky Date, Night Kids have received acclaim from blogs and websites around the world. They've also topped online charts such as the Hype Machine Popular Charts and the WeAreHunted Remix Charts. The Kids have rocked stages of all shapes and sizes from 300 person clubs to 3,000 person festivals with their one-of-a-kind party, and refuse to conform to a world of stand-still, vanilla DJs. Night Kids are here to excite your eyes, ears, and mind, and to eradicate the monotony of the everyday routine. In the words of NIGHT KIDS: "LET'S F*#KING RAGE."

Check out all the Yale DJ sets below. A survey will be sent out to the student body in the next few days that will determine who will represent Yale in the DJ Battle.
