Audition for SYO!
The Saybrook College Orchestra welcomes all Yale-affiliated musicians to audition for membership, whether undergraduate, graduate, alumni, faculty, or staff. The orchestra remains, however, predominantly composed of undergraduates from all of Yale’s twelve residential colleges.
Auditions for the 2008-9 season will be held on Monday, September 1st (9am - 5pm) and Tuesday, September 2nd (12pm - 5pm) at the Saybrook Underbrook. You may contact us to schedule an audition at andrea.sohn@yale.edu or by visiting our table at the Freshman Bazaar where you may sign up for your preferred audition time.
We encourage everyone with an interest in the orchestra to audition. Instrument specific audition information is below. Prepared excerpts are not required for any instrument.
