Submissions should be e-mailed to symposium_submissions@yahoo.com. Please follow the formatting tips below.

If you are submitting multiple essays, please send out a separate e-mail for each file attachment. Each document should be be saved in Microsoft Word format, be double-spaced, have 12-point Times New Roman font, and should not have your name on it.

In addition, the body of the e-mail should feature:

1. Your name as you would like it to appear in the magazine.

2. For each essay:

a) the title
b) a clear, one-sentence review of the subject treated (this may sometimes be redundant with the title; please include it in any case)
c) if the essay was written for a Yale class, the course name and professor
d) an approximate word count

Deadlines: The deadline for the Fall 2006 issue of Symposium is October 20, 2005.
