| Swimming Accomplishments:2-Time All-American in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay, 2001 and 2002. All-American in the 100 Breastroke in 2002. Iowa State Champion in 200 Medley Relay (2001) and 200 Freestyle Relay (2002). Holds 6 high school records (200 Medley, 200 and 400 Free Relays, 200 Free, 50 Free, 100 Breast). Also played soccer and ran cross-country. Personal: Born on July 12, 1984 in Aberdeen, WA. After moving in Colorado, Nebraska, and Arkansas, finally settled in Mason City, IA in 4th grade, where I picked up swimming, and later soccer and cross-country. It was soon evident, however, that I had a bit more talent at swimming -- which is to say, not much until high school.
