Personal: Though she insists Northern Virginia is NOT part of the south, Courtney is one of the most avid country music fans on the team (along with an unnammed sophmore, who gets so excited at concerts she passes out). After taking her junior year off from swimming, she is looking forward to finishing her Yale career with her "favorite ladies" on campus, and hopefully some fast swimming as well. Although "the Haven" has been good to her, Courtney looks forward to leaving the cold, dark, and depressing winters behind, and plans on attending law school somewhere warmer at some point in the undecided future- after taking some time off to bar tend on the beach, or do something equally useful with her Yale degree.
